I have never felt such rough and scratchy sheets. I washed them multiple times and still extremely scratchy and stiff. Crisp percale is one thing, rough sheets are another and these ones felt terrible. No luxury hotel feels like that. Returning asap.

These very expensive sheets arrived slightly wet and smelled bad. I ended up washing them to get rid of the smell. And drying them with no heat. Well after that the sheets were not soft at all and very uncomfortable to sleep on.
I’m so disappointed and upset at myself for wasting so much money on sheets I can’t even use anymore.

When my girlfriend was looking for bedding that "felt like a luxury hotel", I first went to Frette.com. Looking at the prices, I decided to see if H by Frette would be a better fit for my price point. Excellent deal on the products so I went ahead and bought it.
After using the bed sheets for the past week, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! The feel is just what we were looking for - bedding that felt like a luxury hotel. I'm not sure if this is part of the product details, but the bedding stays cool and I sleep hot so this was perfect.
If I could give this 6 stars I would! Great customer service, even better product!
